The "So You Want To Be A Model" contest is the brainchild of Gregory James, Executive Producer of ESB Productions and Publisher of Peter Glenn Publications, a 51 year-old entertainment publishing company, which has long term relationships to the leading 2,000 fashion, talent and commercial modeling agencies around the world. Since its founding in 1956, Peter Glenn Publications continues to publish the most comprehensive resource directories and "how to" books for the film, fashion, modeling, talent and music industries.

This past years contest, we had over 20,000 aspiring female talent from the United States and Canada enter the Contest. 

"To be a successful model or actress in today's competitive industry, you must be more than a pretty face, you must have a strong business sense and have the dedication, ambition and self esteem to believe in your dreams.  We wanted to give girls the chance to pursue their dreams in a safe manner, while providing them valuable guidance and advice. That is what the So You Want To Be A Model Contest is all about."
